How does PSYCH-K®️ work?

Studies have shown that 95% of our cognitive activities are subconscious—meaning that the subconscious mind controls most of our beliefs and attitudes. That means that 95% of our life is not coming from our wishes and desires but instead from subconscious programs! Many of these programs come from beliefs we took on from others, especially between the ages of 0-7. If our beliefs are limiting, we may experience limits or blocks in different areas of life. PSYCH-K®️ helps to identify these limiting beliefs and reprogram them with healthier, more supportive beliefs.

According to Brain Dominance Theory, or split-brain research, each hemisphere of the brain specializes in different functions. For example, the left hemisphere uses more logic and reason, thinks in words, and analyzes while the right hemisphere uses emotions and intuition, thinks in pictures, and synthesizes.

Our life experiences may trigger one side to be more dominant over the other, which increases the likelihood of us over-identifying with that one hemisphere when dealing with a similar situation in the future. Research has shown that PSYCH-K®️ helps to elicit a whole-brained state which activates both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously, allowing us to change past perceptions and view situations in a new way.

What to expect during your PSYCH-K®️ session:

During your Zoom session, we will discuss any areas of your life where you feel stuck or blocked. Next, I will connect to your subconscious using muscle testing (using muscle responses to get yes/no answers from the body) to determine whether or not your subconscious believes a certain belief, or whether there is stress present around a certain past, present, or future event that we can release. We can reprogram new beliefs into the subconscious, get messages around a situation, and more depending on what comes up. Sessions are about 45-50 minutes.
